Delivery Information
Tracking numbers are not available due to the high cost associated with providing that information. We use tracking numbers to research lost or misdirected packages ONLY. Shipments should arrive 3 - 6 days after the order is placed. After that time, if you feel your order has been delayed, feel free to contact us and we will investigate the shipment status.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: PLEASE NOTE--- International customers will not receive the benefit of free shipping returns during the warranty period. All customers outside the USA will be responsible for ALL POSTAGE TO AND FROM OUR FACTORY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IT IS IN OR OUT OF WARRANTY. Taxes, duties, customs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be issued where taxes, duties and customs/port charges are due. If you decide not to pay duties and taxes enroute, not only will you not receive the products, you will also FORFEIT ALL REFUNDS. This is because when you fail to pay the duties and taxes, the headset gets returned to the USA WITH the original uncollected tariffs, taxes, customs duties to your country AND re-import taxes and custom fees are charged back to us when it re-enters the USA. This results in a TOTAL LOSS of profit for the product. We will simply not refund your money because of your decision to not accept the item upon delivery.
