Delivery Information

Tracking numbers are not available due to the high cost associated with providing that information. We use tracking numbers to research lost or misdirected packages ONLY.  Shipments should arrive 3 - 6 days after the order is placed.  After that time, if you feel your order has been delayed, feel free to contact us and we will investigate the shipment status.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  PLEASE NOTE--- International customers will not receive the benefit of free shipping returns during the warranty period.  All customers outside the USA will be responsible for ALL POSTAGE TO AND FROM OUR FACTORY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IT IS IN OR OUT OF WARRANTY.  Taxes, duties, customs are the responsibility of the recipient.  Refunds will not be issued where customers owe taxes, duties and customs are due.
